The Cosmic Fest - a flagship annual event conducted by The Sky Explorers to celebrate International Astronomy Day is now in its 6th edition, the festival continues its mission of inspiring students to explore astronomy, space science, and engineering through hands-on experiences and meaningful interaction with experts.

This year’s we bring The Cosmic Fest from 21st April to 24th April, featuring a series of engaging competitions and activities for school and college students alike. The Fest includes a Space Telescope making Competition for schools, a Radio Telescope making Competition for colleges, and the Engineering and Design Competition, where school teams present engineering and electronics solutions through robotics and innovative prototypes. No Science is complete without Art, hence an Art Competition for school students will also encourage young minds to explore design in space.

The Cosmic Fest culminates on 24th April with a vibrant closing ceremony featuring a Panel discussion with eminent scientists and experts from Indian Space Research Organization, Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education / Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, and Godrej Aerospace, offering students a rare opportunity to interact with professionals shaping India’s space future. The Cosmic Fest 2026 promises creativity, innovation, and exploration designed to ignite curiosity and inspire the Gen -Z.
