DR. D Sam Dayala Dev
A distinguished scientist with over 38 years of experience, he served as the Director of IISU. Specializing in the design, analysis, and simulation of inertial sensors, actuators, systems, and mechanisms, he promotes indigenous production of inertial sensors in India. He actively collaborates with Indian academia and industries to localize electronic component manufacturing.
Prof. Aniket Sule
Associate Professor at HBCSE-TIFR, Mumbai, leads with expertise in Astronomy and Mathematics education. As President of the International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics, and Chair of the National Astronomy Education Committee, his research delves into the history of Indian astronomy, shaping future cosmic explorers.
Prof. Umesh R Kadhane
A Prominent Professor from IIST whose role contributes in advancing our understanding of plasmas and improving technologies related to electric propulsion and plasma-based systems. Prof. Umesh R Kadhane's international collaborations and leadership in experimental payload missions further cement his reputation as a visionary in the field of space science and technology.
Prof. Sarita Vig
An astrophysicist of eminence from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) in Thiruvananthapuram. With expertise spanning early phases in massive star formation, interstellar mediums, and laboratory experiments with PAHs, Prof. Sarita Vig enriches minds both in academia and through her passion in astronomy outreach endeavors.
Prof. Arnab Bhattacharya
A multifaceted scientist, communicator, and innovator, excels in semiconductor optoelectronics, frugal engineering, and science outreach. Pioneering initiatives like "Chai and Why?" and research on vaccination attitudes reflect his commitment to science communication.
